The Vietnamese Embassy in China announces the 2026 Training Course on Teaching Vietnamese for Overseas Vietnamese Teachers, organized by the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Duration: August 13-28.
Location: Hanoi and some neighboring localities.
Participants: Non-professional teachers, volunteers fluent in Vietnamese, currently teaching or planning to teach Vietnamese, recommended by Vietnamese Representative Missions abroad.
The training program utilizes materials from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi; compiled by the Vietnam Education Publishing House. Additionally, there will be extracurricular sessions, classroom observations at primary schools, and visits to historical and cultural sites in certain localities.
Funding: Delegates are responsible for their own travel expenses to Vietnam. The Organizing Committee covers teaching, materials, accommodation, meals, travel, and extracurricular activities during the training period in Vietnam.
How to participate: Individuals should register with the Vietnamese Embassy in China before May 20 by sending an email to [email protected] (the email should clearly state full name, gender, date of birth, passport number, Vietnamese ID number (if any), overseas residence address, address in Vietnam (if any), occupation, position, class currently or to be taught, and other relevant information).
