Basketball matches always bring excitement and tension to the fans.

More than just a sports playground, UAVS Sports Day is a vibrant exchange space, helping students improve physical fitness, relieve academic pressure, enhance teamwork skills, and expand connections in a multicultural environment.

This year's tournament was marked by a lively atmosphere and enthusiastic competition. Matches from the qualifiers to the finals were thrilling, featuring high-speed plays, fierce competitions, and enthusiastic cheers from the audience, creating a vibrant youth festival.

Speaking on the sidelines of the event, Head of the Organizing Committee Hoang Nam Khanh stated that the main goal is to create a space where Vietnamese students abroad can find connection and positive motivation.

According to Nam Khanh, the moments when young people go from strangers to friends, supporting and cheering each other on, are the most meaningful values the event brings.

Meanwhile, UAVS-NSW Vice President Nguyen Ha Vy noted that the sports movement among Vietnamese international students in Australia is thriving. Beyond competing in expertise, the teams also demonstrate teamwork, determination, and fair play – values the association always aims for.

The captain of the championship basketball team, Nhat Hoang Anh, shared that the quality of competition this year has significantly improved, with many exciting and emotional matches.

According to Hoang Anh, the precious aspect is not just the victory but also the opportunity to meet, exchange, and build new relationships within the Vietnamese student community.
