Small and medium enterprises get support to do online business

A training course supporting small and medium enterprises to do online business and online exports was held in Ho Chi Minh City on June 17.

The event was jointly held by the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC), the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM), and the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The training course aimed to help small and medium enterprises be aware of online business and digital transformation, step by step bringing traditional companies to apply online forms and use promotional tools, approaching the market to optimize marketing and increase sales.

It also focused on online business platforms and e-commerce platform sales, including operational frameworks and online export support tools, etc.

Through the training programme, businesses were expected to gather more knowledge, skills and experience from experts to improve their marketing and sales capabilities in e-commerce and online export environments.
