Reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,425 VND/USD on February 6, up 30 VND
WVR/VNA - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,425 VND/USD on February 6, up 30 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,646 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,204 VND/USD.
At major commercial banks, the opening-hour rates showed a mix of increases and decreases.
At 8:29am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 24,990 VND/USD and the selling rate at 25,350 VND/USD, both down 20 VND as compared with the February 5 morning session.
Meanwhile, BIDV increased the rates by 50 VND, listing them at 24,980 VND/USD (buying) and 25,340 VND/USD (selling).
