Notably, many discussions focused on three main areas: connection, cooperation, and transfer of strategic technologies and mobilization of resources for developing strategic technology infrastructure in Vietnam; research, development, application, and commercialization of technology; and the development of high-quality human resources and attraction of talent to serve breakthrough advances in strategic technology development.
The insights and discussions from the workshop serve as important suggestions for promoting international cooperation in the development of strategic technologies in the coming time.
