The contest aims to create a cultural playground, encourage patriotism, and strengthen the bonds within the Vietnamese community in Thailand, while also introducing Vietnam's spiritual cultural values to local friends.

According to the organizers, the program focuses on musical works praising the homeland and President Ho Chi Minh, thereby honoring historical traditions and nurturing expatriates' affection towards their homeland.

The contest is open to four groups: Youth under 20; individuals aged 21-59; those aged 60 and above; and Vietnamese students studying in Thailand.

Contestants can be Vietnamese or Thai nationals with a love for Vietnamese culture. Those who have participated in ASEAN bloc contests but have not won any prizes are still eligible to register.

Participants are encouraged to prepare suitable music tracks and limit the use of karaoke to score higher. Each group will have one First Prize (worth 15,000 Baht), one Second Prize (worth 10,000 Baht), one Third Prize (worth 7,000 Baht), and two Consolation Prizes (worth 3,000 Baht).
