Ministries, sectors, associations, and businesses consider Australia and New Zealand as markets with high standards but significant potential. Based on this, businesses have made many practical proposals, expressing a desire for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and related ministries and sectors to support by providing market information, connecting businesses, promoting trade facilitation, simplifying import-export procedures, standardizing technical standards, expanding cooperation in digital transformation, innovation, human resource training, and supply chain development.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Manh Cuong highly appreciated the efforts and determination of Vietnamese enterprises in expanding investment and business connections in Australia and New Zealand; he urged units to continue to specify their needs so that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can coordinate with relevant agencies and Representative Missions to provide support. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will continue to play a bridging role, enhancing diplomacy for development, with economic diplomacy and science and technology diplomacy as drivers, contributing to market expansion, attracting high-quality resources, and promoting technology transfer and innovation.
