TTC AgriS, a Vietnamese enterprise with a strong presence in Indonesia's agricultural sector, will collaborate with Sungai Budi Group to apply scientific advancements to high-tech agriculture and agricultural value chains in Indonesia, particularly in sugarcane and coconut.

In the sugar sector, the partnership will focus on technology transfer, plantation management best practices, digital agro-solutions, and trade processes. A 2,000-hectare demonstration farm will be established in Indonesia to showcase advanced cultivation technologies. A joint agriculture R&D centre is also planned.

In the coconut sector, the companies aim to develop a production and commercial platform with an initial capacity of 120 million litres/kilograms of coconut products for the Indonesian and global markets. They also plan to develop 20,000 hectares of organic coconut ecosystems in collaboration with local growers.

This partnership will facilitate cross-border technology transfer and management exchange, enhancing the agricultural value chain. For Indonesia, a major producer of sugarcane and coconut, this collaboration is expected to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability in its agribusiness sector. This collaboration will further promote bilateral trade, contributing to the shared goal of raising Vietnam-Indonesia trade volume to USD 18 billion by 2028.
