According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the invitation of Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung will attend the ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Retreat (AMMR) and related meetings from 28 - 29 January, 2026 in Cebu, Philippines.
