The conference, themed “Advancing Educational Equity through Digital Platforms and Open Learning”.
Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh highly appreciated the initiative of organizing the annual international conference by the University of Asian Scholars since 2021. It has become an event that enhances connectivity, creating a space for academic exchange, cooperation, sharing educational and training experiences, and cultural exchange between Thailand, Vietnam, and other countries in the region.
In just the past three weeks, there have been two official visits between the highest leaders of Vietnam and Thailand, demonstrating continuously strengthened political trust. The comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Thailand is becoming more substantial, opening up numerous opportunities for cooperation across various fields.
Among these, academic research and cultural exchange have been contributing to building a sustainable and long-term cooperative foundation between the people of the two countries.

Regarding the conference program, Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh noted that digital technology is reshaping not only the way we live but also how we learn, in a better and higher quality direction.
Through digital platforms and open learning models, the conference discussed and proposed measures to eliminate economic, social, geographical, and physical barriers, supporting disadvantaged groups to have equal learning opportunities, strongly conveying the message “Leave no one behind”.
The 6th ASCER carries profound humanitarian significance, receiving widespread agreement and support from experts, researchers, and cultural and educational professionals in Thailand, Vietnam, and other countries in the region.
