On the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Mozambique and the 51st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Mozambique (June 25, 1975 - June 25, 2026), General Secretary and President To Lam sent a congratulatory message to President and Chairman of the Mozambique Liberation Front (FRELIMO) Daniel Francisco Chapo. Prime Minister Le Minh Hung sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Maria Benvinda Delfina Levi, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man sent a congratulatory message to National Assembly President Margarida Talapa.
On the same day, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung sent a congratulatory message to Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Maria Manuela dos Santos Lucas.
