Arobid and the Singapore AI Association to jointly expand global business connectivity

On May 29, within the framework of the Vietnam–Singapore Tech Connect Forum 2026, immediately following the keynote speech by General Secretary, President To Lam, a ceremony was held to exchange cooperation documents between technology enterprises from both countries.

Among the entities selected for official cooperation agreements at the forum, Arobid and SAIA attracted attention with an agreement to develop an AI ecosystem serving cross-border digital commerce and investment.

On May 29, within the framework of the Vietnam–Singapore Tech Connect Forum 2026, immediately following the keynote speech by General Secretary, President To Lam, a ceremony was held to exchange cooperation documents between technology enterprises from both countries.

Cooperation to Build an AI Ecosystem for Digital Commerce

According to the organisers, the enterprises participating in the signing underwent multiple rounds of appraisal and evaluation by relevant agencies, including the Ministries of Science and Technology, Foreign Affairs, and Finance, with support from the Vietnamese Embassy in Singapore.

Notably, Arobid is also one of the Vietnamese technology enterprises invited by the National Innovation Centre (NIC) to join the business delegation accompanying General Secretary, President To Lam on a high-level mission to Singapore.

This indicates Vietnam's growing interest in innovative and digital transformation enterprises capable of contributing to the nation's digital economy.

This year's forum gathered over 400 delegates, including business leaders, investment funds, startups, and technology organisations from Vietnam and Singapore, to discuss new trends in artificial intelligence (AI), innovation, and digital economic development.

According to the MOU, Arobid and SAIA will establish a cooperation framework to promote joint initiatives in the business community, innovation, digital transformation, and AI applications in commerce and investment activities.

The two parties plan to collaborate on various programs in areas such as connecting the Vietnam–Singapore business community, co-organising conferences, seminars, and trade promotion activities in the digital environment, promoting AI applications in trade and investment promotion, sharing knowledge, experience, and AI development trends, while also supporting enterprises in accessing new markets, technologies, and investment opportunities.

Additionally, the two organisations aim to develop in-depth cooperation programs related to AI, big data, and the digital economy in the next phase.

Arobid Aims for AI-Driven Trade Promotion Infrastructure

Unlike standalone AI models that serve merely as support tools, Arobid announced that it is developing an "AI-Driven Digital Trade & Investment Infrastructure".

In the Version 2.0 roadmap, this platform focuses on developing core capabilities, including: AI Onboarding: automating the intake, standardisation, and evaluation of enterprise data.

AI Deep Search Engine: an intelligent search tool serving in-depth market, partner, and business opportunity research.

AI Buyer Find & Match: a data analysis system that suggests trading partners based on actual needs.

Simultaneously, Arobid is also building a Data Lake and Data Warehouse system using data from millions of enterprises worldwide to support analysis, connectivity, and recommendations for cross-border trade opportunities.

According to the company, this will be a strategic data platform for next-generation trade and investment promotion activities.

Why are Singapore and SAIA considered strategic partners?

Singapore is currently one of Asia's fastest-growing hubs for innovation and AI.

Meanwhile, SAIA is known as a dynamic AI community connector in Singapore, bringing together tech startups, AI experts, investors, and research organisations.

The collaboration with SAIA is expected to help Arobid connect Singapore's AI ecosystem with the Vietnamese and international business communities through the digital infrastructure it is building.

At the same time, this marks the beginning of new initiatives in data, AI, and digital transformation in trade and investment between the two countries.

AI will change the entire way the business world operates

Mr. Tran Van Chin, Chairman of Arobid, believes that AI will not only change how businesses operate but also transform the entire way trade and investment are promoted globally in the future.

In the future, AI will be present in every business activity.” Therefore, Arobid's goal is not just to build a B2B e-commerce platform, but to build an AI-powered trade and investment promotion infrastructure, helping Vietnamese and international businesses connect and develop more effectively in the digital environment,” Mr. Chin said.

According to Arobid, in the next phase, the company will continue to focus on AI solutions for global trade connections, market data analysis, investment promotion, online exhibitions, and supporting SMEs in accessing international markets at more optimal costs.
