The event was honoured by the presence of Vietnamese Ambassador to Singapore Tran Phuoc Anh and his wife, leaders of the Singapore Raffles Music College (SRMC), along with numerous international friends.

For the first time performing in Singapore, Diva Thanh Lam and her long-time friends, renowned musicians such as Quoc Trung, Luu Ha An, Tran Thanh Phuong, Vu Quoc Binh, and Hoang Hai Bang, delivered unique arrangements and a sophisticated, artistic musical atmosphere.

Notably, the stage at the National University of Singapore Cultural Center became warm with performances from all three generations of Diva Thanh Lam's artistic family.

The event began with an emotional sharing and poetry reading filled with love for the homeland, delivered by Meritorious Artist Thanh Huong – Thanh Lam's 84-year-old mother, still sharp and healthy.

Continuing this emotional flow, under the musical direction of musician Quoc Trung, Thanh Lam harmonized with the powerful opera voice of vocal instructor Thang Long, her talented son-in-law.

One of the standout moments of the program was the performance by Meritorious Artist Duong Thuy Anh. Petite and gentle in daily life, she transformed into a “blazing flame” on stage with her erhu, blending traditional instruments with modern music.

Her haunting, intense yet powerful erhu playing not only accentuated Thanh Lam's singing but also showcased the new vitality of traditional music, highlighting the value of Vietnamese culture in contemporary life.

A spontaneous gift for the audience was the unexpected appearance of singer Thu Minh. Despite not having time to rehearse beforehand, the duet Cho em mot ngay between two of Vietnam's top vocalists touched listeners with its harmony, sophistication, and vocal technique.

Many audience members were moved by the artists' sublime performances. Audience member Lan Do shared: “It's been a long time since I've been immersed in such a complete concert.” She was particularly impressed by the expressive erhu of Meritorious Artist Duong Thuy Anh and the artists' harmonious singing.
