Leveraging Production Capacity to Develop Brand
With the message “Technological Excellence – Creating a Leading Position”, ROC Helmet targets young, dynamic customers who love to experience and conquer new roads, especially the community of large-displacement motorcycle users.
According to A Chau Group, ROC inherits the group's production foundation, technical experience, and product development capabilities.
Key factors emphasised during the research and production process include design, shell structure, impact-absorbing materials, protection capability, and comfort during use.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Mr. Mai Van Thuan, General Director of A Chau Group, stated that the introduction of the ROC Helmet is the next step in the group's development following the groundbreaking of its new factory on October 14.
According to Mr. Thuan, the new factory not only marks a development in scale but also demonstrates the company's commitment to production capacity, supply capability, and long-term development orientation in the Vietnamese and international helmet industry.
Building on this foundation, A Chau Group continues to develop product lines under the ROC brand, aiming to combine production capacity with a strategy to build its own brand. Mr. Thuan stated that the company hopes ROC will not only be a protective product but also become a reliable companion for the biker community on every journey.
The highlight of the event was a 3D Mapping technology performance combined with sound, light, and stage effects, recreating the product formation process from digital design to crafting and completion.
According to company information, ROC-branded products have gradually appeared in over 30 countries, including the United States, Korea, the Philippines, India, Morocco, and Malaysia.
This serves as a foundation for the group to continue expanding its export activities, developing distribution systems, and enhancing brand recognition in international markets.

Donating 7,000 Helmets, Expanding Distribution System
During the event, the A Chau Group donated 7,000 three-quarter helmets, valued at 4.2 billion VND, to raise awareness of legal compliance and ensure traffic safety.
According to the program information, the helmets were allocated as follows: 2,000 units to the Da Nang Traffic Police, 2,000 units to the Tay Ninh Traffic Police, 2,000 units to the Traffic Police, and 1,000 units to the Law Newspaper (Bao Phap luat).
This activity demonstrates the company's collaboration with agencies and units to promote and encourage the public to use helmets when participating in traffic, contributing to the development of a safe traffic culture. In addition to introducing new products, the A Chau Group organised a customer conference attended by distributors, authorised dealers, and strategic partners.
Here, the company shared its cooperation orientation with the distribution system, focusing on business policies, ensuring supply, maintaining product quality, and increasing investment in marketing activities and market development.
According to Mr. Mai Van Thuan, the company can build a factory with its own resources, but to develop sustainably and go further, it needs partners who share its trust and vision.
