14th National Party Congress: Vietnamese community in Russia and China expresses strong confidence in Party leadership
WVR - On occasion of the 14th National Party Congress, the Vietnamese communities in Russia and China express strong confidence in the leadership of the Party, while placing high hopes on important decisions to usher the country into a new era.

Dr. Nguyen Quoc Hung, Vice President of the Union of Vietnamese Organizations in Russia and Director of the Russia-Vietnam Cooperation Development Fund "Tradition and Friendship", stated that the Vietnamese community in Russia is one of the earliest overseas communities, with a long-standing connection to their homeland. The Vietnamese in Russia always pay special attention, closely following the country's developments, and place their full trust in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Dr. Nguyen Quoc Hung affirmed that the 14th National Party Congress is expected to continue to emphasize and promote the strength of national unity, including the important role of the overseas Vietnamese community.
“We hope that the Party and the State will continue to preserve and promote the national cultural identity, develop the Vietnamese language within the community, and create conditions for Vietnamese associations in Russia to operate stably and legally, contributing to building a united, strong community that integrates well with the local society and always looks toward the homeland,” Mr. Hung emphasized.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Chau, a Vietnamese expatriate living in Moscow for 33 years, also expressed her confidence in the Party and the State. She has four children with half-Vietnamese heritage, and they are always proud of their homeland, especially during visits when they witness the affection of relatives and the country's development.
Ms. Pham Thu Trang, an economic specialist at the Institute of State and Urban Management under the Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Russia, noted that a group of young Vietnamese intellectuals, experts, engineers, and researchers is emerging in Russia, eager to contribute practically by participating in platforms, advisory networks, and knowledge transfer, sharing international experiences with relevant agencies, educational institutions, and domestic enterprises.
Therefore, establishing a scientific expert network to connect not only the overseas Vietnamese but also Vietnamese and Russian scientists is essential.
The overseas Vietnamese community always closely follows and places high expectations on the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, as each Party decision is tied to the future and position of the country.
With their hearts and minds, the Vietnamese community in Russia is determined to accompany the country on its journey into a new era of growth.

Meanwhile, Nguyen Duy Phong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Counselor at the Vietnamese Embassy in China, who is also the sole Party affairs officer of the Vietnamese Party Committee in China, emphasized: “I am confident that the 14th National Party Congress will open a new era – an era of national growth, breathing new life into all Party organizations domestically and abroad, including the Vietnamese Party Committee in China, creating new confidence and momentum for the entire Party and people to unite and propel the country towards a path of prosperity and happiness.”
According to Mr Phong, the Party Committee also guides representative missions and Vietnamese organizations in China to strengthen community cohesion, so that expatriates and Vietnamese in China unite, trust in the Party's leadership, and the country's renewal in the new era, actively engage in patriotic movements, and make positive contributions to their homeland.
In the near future, immediately after the 14th National Party Congress issues its Resolution, the Party Committee in China will promptly absorb and disseminate the Resolution's content to all party members and incorporate it into directives. They will closely follow the guidance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Party Committee to develop an action program to implement the 14th Party Congress Resolution and systematically organize, implement the program effectively, and enhance self-monitoring and supervision within the Party committees and branches.

For his part, Party Secretary and Vietnamese Consul General in Shanghai Nguyen The Tung noted that this Congress marks a new development in thinking and aspiration for national development, reflecting a strategic vision, strong innovative thinking, and high political determination of the entire Party, people, and military in leading the country into the “era of national growth”.
According to Consul General Nguyen The Tung, the Vietnamese diplomatic staff working in China need to deeply grasp the spirit, goals, and major orientations of the 14th Congress, based on the Party and State's foreign policy, the important common perceptions of the two countries' senior leaders, actively research, accurately forecast the situation, timely advise measures to promote relations, enhance practical and effective cooperation; effectively act as a bridge between localities, businesses, and organizations of the two countries; support Vietnamese enterprises in accessing markets, technology, and capital; attract high-quality investment, aligned with development priorities in the new phase.”

Secretary of the Youth Union and Executive Committee Member of the Vietnamese Student Association in Beijing Nguyen Le Anh Khoa shared that he clearly feels a strong wave of excitement and trust spreading from home to the overseas Vietnamese community, with everyone looking towards the 14th National Party Congress as a milestone shaping the future.
To contribute youthful energy to building a prosperous Vietnam, young Party members and intellectual Vietnamese youth abroad like Nguyen Le Anh Khoa constantly remind themselves to maintain faith, build resilience, accumulate knowledge, and spread the spirit of unity, igniting the aspiration to contribute within the community; to create a generation of intellectuals with both professional competence and international vision, while preserving identity and ideals – a generation capable of shouldering the great missions of the era of national growth.
