The performance on November 1, 2026, led by Meritorious Artist Quyền Văn Minh and artists from Bình Minh Jazz Club, promises to guide the audience through a diverse musical journey, from classic world jazz pieces to emotionally rich Vietnamese songs.
The program opens with the familiar tune "Hà Nội – Niềm tin và hy vọng" – a composition by musician Phan Nhân, serving as a greeting to the capital in the early days of the new year. From there, the jazz rhythm intensifies with compositions by great names like Charlie Parker, through "Yardbird Suite" and "Now's The Time" – quintessential works that represent the free and improvisational spirit of bebop. Additionally, rhythm-rich bossa nova pieces like "Blue Bossa" and "Recado Bossa Nova" bring a gentle Latin hue, creating a smooth transition for the performance space.
