UEVF will also maintain and develop activities aimed at the homeland, collaborating with the Vietnamese Association in France in programs to build charity houses and schools for students in border areas. Additionally, they will enhance connections with associations in France and participate in multicultural exchange activities.
UEVF will continue the "Réussir en France" (Success in France) series, organize the French Study Abroad Forum in Vietnam in collaboration with the French Embassy, Campus France, Student Associations, Youth Unions, and businesses. They will also implement job fairs, seminars on innovation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and sustainable energy, aiming to establish a scientific forum with significant influence within the UEVF ecosystem. Furthermore, they will connect Vietnamese-French universities and participate in technology awards and young intellectual forums in Vietnam.
Simultaneously, UEVF will continue to develop relationships with businesses through activities promoting Vietnamese tourism, culture, and products. They will strengthen connections in specialized technology and advanced core technology fields between the two countries, working alongside the Vietnam Cultural Center in France and local chapters in various activities.
UEVF has nominated and approved a list of 25 Executive Committee members. The congress also unanimously elected Nguyen Phan Bao Thuy, Vice President of the Union of Vietnamese Youth and Students Associations in Europe and President of UEVF for the 2023-2025 term, to continue as President for the 11th term.
In a congratulatory speech, Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dinh Toan Thang praised the success of the congress, highlighting both the quality of its content and its innovation and impact on the movement.
The Ambassador expressed his emotions witnessing the growth of young individuals – representatives of the intelligence, courage, and aspirations of Vietnamese youth in the new era.
He also recalled the 20-year development journey of the Union, from its challenging beginnings to the current network of 27 chapters – a remarkable growth.
According to him, Vietnamese youth and students in France are an advanced, dynamic force playing a crucial role in the foundation of bilateral relations, especially in technology, education, and development cooperation.

| Established on March 26, 2004, in Paris, UEVF is one of the earliest Vietnamese youth-student organizations abroad. Currently, UEVF represents over 15,000 Vietnamese youth and students living, studying, and working in various regions and cities across France, consistently holding the "leading flag" role among Vietnamese student associations in Europe. In the past two years, UEVF has implemented numerous activities with core pillars: study and integration support, science-education-career orientation, culture-community-external relations, sports-lifestyle, along with charitable programs and connections with the homeland. Notably, the Union has organized several large-scale events in France and Europe, charitable programs directed towards the homeland's seas and islands, and disadvantaged localities in Vietnam, as well as numerous twinning activities and cooperation agreements with domestic youth and student associations. |
