During this period, Israel will maintain a "restricted activity" level nationwide, meaning educational activities remain suspended; gatherings and work activities are only permitted if access to standard shelter spaces is ensured.

From 6:00 AM on March 16, defense measures will be adjusted regionally. Specifically, in many northern and central areas of Israel such as Haifa, Acre, Safed, Tiberias, Nazareth, Tel Aviv, Netanya, Herzliya, Jerusalem, etc., restrictions will remain in place and educational activities will continue to be suspended.

In some southern areas like Eilat, Arad, Dimona, Beer Sheva, the Arava region, and the southern Negev, educational and social activities may be organized at a limited level, provided that access to standard shelter spaces is ensured when warnings are issued.
