On the afternoon of November 10, as part of a study and research trip in the Czech Republic, a delegation from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, led by Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Director of the Academy and Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, visited the Vietnamese Embassy in the Czech Republic and attended a conference to contribute opinions on the Draft Documents for the 14th Party Congress.

Speaking at the conference, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung expressed gratitude for the Embassy's support in arranging and coordinating the delegation's activities, while sharing the objectives of this mission.
One of the main purposes of the delegation was to listen to and receive feedback from officials, Party members, and the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic regarding the Draft Documents for the 14th Party Congress.

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung also highlighted some new points in the Draft Documents for the 14th Party Congress, emphasising the need for digital economy development, innovation, and green transition. The draft also focuses on leveraging internal strength, self-reliance, and proactive international integration.
At the conference, Vietnamese Ambassador to the Czech Republic Duong Hoai Nam welcomed the delegation on their study and research trip and provided an overview of the Party's activities in the Czech Republic in recent times.

Party branches consistently strive for stable and quality operations, enhancing Party building efforts, and promoting leadership roles. They work to build a united, strong, and developing Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic, contributing to the host country while maintaining ties with the homeland.
Discussing the contributions from officials, Party members, and the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic to the Draft Documents for the 14th Party Congress, Nguyen Dieu Linh, Counsellor and Head of Community Affairs, and Nguyen Quoc Thanh, Permanent Member of the Community Affairs Committee at the Vietnamese Embassy in the Czech Republic, stated that the Draft Documents were publicly posted on electronic platforms and received over 300 comments, including more than 50 from seminars and over 200 written submissions.
Most comments expressed consensus and trust in the Party's reform direction, along with many practical recommendations.
Many contributions noted that the draft documents clearly reflect strategic vision, innovative thinking, and aspirations for a prosperous and happy nation. They embody a spirit of innovation, self-reliance, and deep international integration, aligning with current domestic and international contexts.

A large number of officials, Party members, and community members agree with the major policies and trust in the development direction outlined in the draft documents until 2030, with a vision to 2045. They also express hope that the 14th Party Congress will be a significant milestone in the nation's development journey.
Concluding the meeting, Ambassador Duong Hoai Nam affirmed that the Embassy will continue to support the delegation from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in connecting with Czech research institutions and partners, aiming to enhance exchanges, learn from experiences, and achieve the objectives set for this mission.
