With Luxembourg, based on the Strategic Partnership on Green Finance established in 2023, the two countries continue to engage in numerous delegation exchanges and effective cooperation to support Vietnam in developing international financial centers in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.

Vietnam's cooperative relations will continue to grow strongly in the future, especially in areas where the EU has strengths and Vietnam is interested, such as science and technology-innovation, climate change response, environment, green development, culture, and tourism.

On this occasion, Ambassador Nguyen Van Thao congratulated the local Vietnamese community on their positive achievements, such as the establishment of the Vietnamese Intellectuals Association in Belgium and Luxembourg (ViLaB) and the Vietnamese Business Association in Belgium (VBAB). The active contributions of local Vietnamese associations have helped develop and connect the community, promote Vietnam's image, and foster cooperation between Vietnam and the host countries.

The Ambassador further emphasized that the 14th National Party Congress was a great success, outlining the country's development direction and strategy for the next five years, aiming to achieve the two centennial goals.
