The Ministry of Foreign Affair’s Vice Spokesperson Nguyen Phuong Tra made the statement during a regular press conference in Ha Noi on November 22, adding that Vietnam has sufficient legal basis and historic evidence affirming its sovereignty over Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagos in accordance with international law.
