Sharing after the program, Pham Trung Kien, currently working at the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam, said that the legal dissemination activities organized by the Service Department for Diplomatic Corps bring many practical benefits to workers. According to him, these programs help workers better understand their entitled rights as well as the responsibilities and obligations they must fulfill according to legal regulations and labor contracts.
Kien also highly appreciates the Department's supportive role in recruiting labour for foreign agencies and organizations. He noted that the recruitment process at these agencies is often very stringent, requiring candidates to meet high standards of professional qualifications and skills. In this process, the Service Department for Diplomatic Corps has effectively played its role in reviewing applications and introducing suitable candidates to recruiting agencies, thereby facilitating workers' access to job opportunities.

Notably, Kien believes that the Service Department for Diplomatic Corps has effectively served as a bridge between workers and state management agencies. Through meetings, exchanges, and dialogues, workers not only gain access to information about new policies but also have the opportunity to express their thoughts, aspirations, and difficulties encountered during work. This helps workers feel the attention and listening from functional agencies, thereby enhancing their confidence and attachment to their jobs.
Sharing a similar view, Kieu Thanh Hieu, currently working at the Thai Embassy in Vietnam, acknowledged that the Department's regular legal dissemination and communication activities are of practical significance to workers. Not only are they updated with the latest legal regulations, but workers also have the opportunity to expand their connections with colleagues working in the same field.
According to Hieu, in an international working environment, mastering legal regulations is particularly important, helping workers enhance their legal compliance awareness, understand personal responsibilities, and proactively prevent potential legal risks during work.
Assessing the role of the Service Department for Diplomatic Corps, Hieu believes that many issues arising during work at diplomatic agencies or international organizations require support, explanation, and guidance from state management agencies. In this context, the Department has become an official information channel, helping workers express their aspirations while receiving guidance and directives from management agencies transparently and effectively.

Hieu also noted that the guidance from the Department has helped him better understand the obligations of workers in implementing labor reporting regimes. By updating information on the status of Vietnamese labor at foreign agencies and organizations, the Department can fully grasp the employment situation, thereby better ensuring workers' rights and promptly supporting when issues related to contracts, regimes, or rights arise.
Feedback from workers indicates that the activities of the Service Department for Diplomatic Corps not only stop at legal dissemination and communication but also contribute to building a strong bridge between workers and state management agencies. Through recruitment support, policy information provision, feedback reception, and protection of workers' legal rights and interests, the Department has affirmed its role as a reliable address, accompanying the Vietnamese labor community working at foreign agencies and organizations in Vietnam.

In the context of deepening international integration, this bridging role becomes increasingly important, contributing to building a transparent, stable, and harmonious labor environment, ensuring the legitimate rights of workers, while enhancing the effectiveness of state management in the field of labour involving foreign elements.
