SeABank and VNPost celebrate 4 years of cooperation, reached 6,666,666 transactions

SeABank is known as one of the biggest joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam regarding the size of charter capital, operation network, and stable growth. With its capabilities and strong financial management platform, SeABank has provided customers with multi-utility service products and more interesting experiences of banking services.

In order to create a diverse ecosystem, in which customers enjoy the maximum convenience and benefit from postal financial services, SeABank has stepped up cooperation with many partners, who have capabilities and advantages in technology and networks, including VNPost in creating this kind of services.

Having realized their strength and advantages in retail sector, since 2015, SeABank and VNPost started their cooperation through signing contracts to represent each other in providing collection and payment services, followed by a series of other services, such as: money transfer, remittance payment, and social assistance payment. Thanks to these cooperation agreements, the two sides have utilized their own strength and achieved a great deal of positive results.

As of November 2019, after four years of developing together, the number of representative transactions between VNPost and SeABank reached 6,666,666 transactions. This is an impressive and prideworthy figure, marking a new level in the two sides’ cooperation and representing their contribution to the development of a cashless payment system as of the Government's orientation. Besides, their cooperative products and services received positive feedbacks from customers because of their quality and price competitiveness.

Appreciating the strong cooperation, SeABank's General Director Le Thu Thuy said: “It is SeABank’s well-calculated plan to make VNPost a reliable and long-term partner. This partnership not only helps promote the capability and strength of each party but also brings better values to our customers. Therefore, in the future, we will, together, continue to set new goals and projects as well as achieve greater success”.

VNPost also believes in the longlasting cooperation between the two sides, General Director of VNPost Chu Quang Hao emphasized: “The cooperation agreements between VNPost and SeABank are like a bridge which helps both sides in brand promotion and service development, and customers, especially those in rural and remote areas, in accessing financial-banking products and services”.
