On July 20, President Luong Cuong sent a message of congratulations to President of Colombia Gustavo Petro Urrego on the occasion of the country’s 215th Independence Day (July 20, 1810 - 2025).
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son sent a congratulatory message to acting Foreign Minister of Colombia Rosa Yolanda Villavicencio.
