*Meeting with UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung praised the effective implementation of the Comprehensive Partnership between the two countries, notably the mega data centre development project in Ho Chi Minh City between G42 Group and a Vietnamese investment consortium, with a total capital of over 1 billion USD announced in early February 2026.
The UAE Deputy Prime Minister expressed admiration for Vietnam's history of resistance against colonialism and imperialism and its socio-economic development achievements, highlighting the resilience and progress of the Vietnamese people. He noted that the UAE has appointed the Minister of Investment as the focal point to promote relations with Vietnam, a measure only applied to a select few countries with significant potential for cooperation. He also expressed a desire to welcome more Vietnamese workers in various sectors in the UAE.

Both sides agreed to continue promoting cooperation in economics, tourism, and science and technology through flexible exchange mechanisms, suitable to the current situation, while regularly coordinating in the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip within the framework of the Board of Peace.
*Meeting with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty, both parties agreed to effectively implement the outcomes of President Luong Cuong's state visit to Egypt (August 2025) and the Comprehensive Partnership between the two countries, with specific goals to double trade turnover from the current level and boost cooperation in areas of mutual strength such as defense and security, agriculture, science and technology, information technology, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and more.

The Egyptian Foreign Minister expressed a desire for high-level exchanges in 2026 and proposed the early organization of existing cooperation mechanisms such as the Intergovernmental Committee and Political Consultations.
Both Foreign Ministers also agreed to expedite the pre-feasibility study and soon initiate bilateral FTA negotiations; promote business delegation exchanges and online conferences to connect enterprises.
Regarding the Middle East situation, both sides shared concerns about protecting the legitimate rights of Palestinians and agreed to coordinate efforts to promote humanitarian support activities for the people in the Gaza Strip.

*Meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung congratulated Turkey on its significant achievements in national development, positioning Turkey as a key player in the Middle East and globally. He noted that the two countries share many common interests, providing a favorable foundation for expanding cooperation in various fields.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan emphasized the importance of developing relations with Vietnam, Turkey's second-largest trading partner in ASEAN, and appreciated Vietnam's role and contributions in addressing regional hotspots.

Both sides agreed on specific measures to enhance cooperation effectiveness, such as increasing high-level visits, upgrading relations to a new framework, implementing existing cooperation mechanisms like the Intergovernmental Committee in 2026, strengthening party channel cooperation, initiating bilateral FTA negotiations soon, and promoting cooperation in defense and security, defense industry, aviation-maritime connectivity, and enhancing coordination on positions and mutual support at international forums.
The two Ministers also shared views on international and regional issues of mutual interest, agreeing to coordinate within the framework of the Board of Peace to effectively support the people in the Gaza Strip.
