The "2026 Friendship Spring Tour" at the special national relic site Huong Pagoda gathered nearly 400 delegates, including representatives from diplomatic missions, friendship organizations, ambassadors, heads of diplomatic missions in Vietnam, as well as representatives from travel businesses and Hanoi's agencies and units. This annual people-to-people diplomatic activity plays a crucial role in enhancing exchanges, understanding, and promoting friendly and cooperative relations between Hanoi and international friends.
The "Friendship Spring Tour" is a hallmark event at the beginning of each spring in Hanoi. It not only helps to promote the unique cultural and historical values of the capital but also creates a friendly and open space for interaction among nations, organizations, and the business community.

This initiative strengthens solidarity and friendship, opening up many practical cooperation opportunities in various fields, especially culture, tourism, and services. Organizing the "Friendship Spring Tour 2026" at the special national relic site Huong Pagoda not only honors heritage values but also promotes sustainable tourism development linked with cultural preservation.
During the program, delegates toured and enjoyed the space of the 2026 Huong Pagoda Tourism Festival, one of the largest and longest traditional festivals in the country. The journey began with a boat ride along Yen Stream, weaving through majestic and poetic mountain landscapes, offering a sense of tranquility and peace amidst pristine nature, combined with the spiritual cultural beauty and the festival crowd, creating special experiences for international delegates.

The delegation offered incense at Thien Tru Pagoda, a significant relic of the Huong Son Scenic Complex, showing respect for Vietnam's traditional cultural and spiritual values. Additionally, delegates participated in unique cultural and artistic exchanges, enjoying performances rich in national identity, thereby gaining deeper insights into the vibrant cultural life of the Vietnamese people.
Mr. Saadi Salama, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine in Vietnam, Head of the Palestinian Diplomatic Mission in Vietnam, expressed his honour and joy in attending the program with members of the Diplomatic Corps in the vibrant atmosphere of the new spring.

The Ambassador extended his best wishes to the leaders of Hanoi and all delegates, affirming that the "Friendship Spring Tour" is a meaningful annual event that contributes to introducing and promoting Vietnam's unique historical and cultural values to international friends. It also serves as an important bridge to enhance understanding, solidarity, and friendship between the Vietnamese people in general, and the people of Hanoi in particular, with international friends.

The majestic mountains intertwined with the gentle Yen Stream created a unique natural painting, rich in the cultural essence and soul of Vietnam. Experiences such as the boat journey on Yen Stream, immersing in the fresh, peaceful, and poetic natural environment, are memorable for international friends," emphasized Mr. Saadi Salama.
Within the program's framework, ambassadors and international delegates participated in planting commemorative trees at the Thien Tru Pagoda area. This meaningful activity conveys a message of environmental protection, sustainable development, and long-term connection between nations, organizations, and the local community.
