Ministry of Foreign Affairs presents leadership appointment decisions
WVR - On the morning of November 24, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dang Hoang Giang presented the decision to appoint Mr. Ngo Le Hoang Vu as Secretary to the Party Central Committee Member.
