Ministry of Foreign Affairs presents Consular Acceptance Certificate to Dominica's Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City
WVR - On December 3, Doan Hoang Minh, Director of the Consular Department, presented the Consular Acceptance Certificate to Mr. Guillaume Yves Matz, the new Consul General of the Commonwealth of Dominica in Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director General Doan Hoang Minh congratulated Mr. Guillaume Yves Matz on his new position, expressing confidence that the new Consul General will further enhance bilateral relations based on the potential and strengths of each country, particularly in the fields of economy – trade, culture, tourism, people-to-people exchange, and consular cooperation.
The Director General of the Consular Department emphasized that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Consular Department and the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City) as well as Vietnamese authorities will continue to support the Consulate General and facilitate the new Consul General in fulfilling his duties in Vietnam.
In response, Mr. Guillaume Yves Matz thanked Director General Doan Hoang Minh for taking the time to meet and present the Consular Acceptance Certificate. Delighted with the positive developments in bilateral relations, Mr. Guillaume Yves Matz affirmed his commitment to making every effort to promote bilateral relations in various fields of mutual interest, including consular cooperation.
