With the theme “Showcasing Future-ready Enterprises – Honouring Businesses Leading the Future,” the APEA 2025, organized annually by Enterprise Asia, aims to recognize and celebrate enterprises and entrepreneurs who redefine the boundaries of business. By embracing advanced technologies and promoting sustainable business practices, these enterprises not only drive breakthroughs but also contribute to building a prosperous and sustainable future.
Having been with Amway Vietnam since its early days, Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu has devoted nearly two decades to shaping and driving the company’s growth. Under his leadership, Amway Vietnam has risen to become one of the top 10 markets worldwide in terms of revenue within the Amway Corporation.
This achievement stands as a testament to his strategic vision and outstanding leadership, enabling Amway Vietnam to reaffirm its pioneering position in the direct selling industry while maintaining a consistent double-digit growth rate. The company’s exceptional success has marked Vietnam as one of Amway’s key strategic markets — not only in the region but also globally.
Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu’s influence has been widely recognized across the Asia–Pacific business community, reflected through a series of prestigious awards that highlight his comprehensive leadership qualities and lasting contributions to the industry. With unwavering dedication and a deep sense of social responsibility, Mr. Trieu was honoured by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in 2023 for his active contributions to the community, particularly through the “Red Sunday” blood donation program. He was also named among the Top 5 Outstanding Leaders in Asia–Pacific 2023 and recognized as an Outstanding Vietnam–ASEAN Entrepreneur 2020, underscoring his impactful leadership and commitment to sustainable development. These accolades paint a clear portrait of a leader who harmoniously blends strategic vision with social responsibility.

Under Mr. Trieu’s decisive leadership, Amway Vietnam has earned more than 80 prestigious awards, reinforcing its pioneering status across multiple fields. Highlights include two Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Health, two Top 5 ASEAN Outstanding Enterprise Awards, nine Golden Dragon Awards for digital transformation achievements, six “Best Companies to Work For in Asia” awards, and consistent inclusion in the Top 100 Sustainable Businesses for many consecutive years. These accomplishments vividly illustrate a leadership model that seamlessly integrates strategic foresight with a steadfast commitment to sustainable growth — a philosophy that Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu continues to pursue with determination and vision.
Not only excelling in business, he has also initiated and promoted many social programs that bear the distinctive mark of Amway Vietnam. Notable among these are the Nutrilite Power of Five nutrition support program for children under five, implemented in cooperation with the National Institute of Nutrition (Ministry of Health) during 2015–2018, and the project management board of “Improving Nutrition for Children Under Five” under the Department of Maternal and Child Health (Ministry of Health). He also collaborated with Tien Phong Newspaper and Military Hospital 175 to organize the “Red Sunday” National Blood Donation Festival (2020–2024), and worked with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee to co-host social welfare activities for the 2024–2025 period. These efforts have reinforced Amway Vietnam’s commitment to creating sustainable value for the community.
