At the invitation of Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, the ASEAN Chair 2026, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung will attend the 59th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ meeting and related meetings (AMM-59), along with commemorative activities on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC), in Manila, the Philippines from 22 to 24 July 2026.
