Deputy Foreign Minister Dang Hoang Giang pays tribute, offers condolences following Venezuela earthquake

WVR - On the morning of July 8, on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs leadership, Deputy Foreign Minister Dang Hoang Giang visited the Venezuelan Embassy in Hanoi to pay tribute, sign the condolence book, and express deep condolences to the Government and people of Venezuela, as well as the families of the victims who lost their lives and those affected by the recent earthquake.

In a solemn atmosphere, Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Giang conveyed sincere condolences and deep sympathy for the significant loss of life and property that the Government and people of Venezuela are enduring due to the natural disaster. The Deputy Minister emphasized that Vietnam always stands in solidarity and shares the difficulties faced by international friends, especially during times when countries confront disasters and challenges.

Expressing profound sorrow upon receiving news of the earthquake's severe impact in Venezuela, the Deputy Minister affirmed that the people of Vietnam always hold feelings of solidarity and friendship towards the people of Venezuela. He expressed confidence that, with resilient determination, national solidarity, and international community support, the Government and people of Venezuela will soon overcome this difficult period, swiftly recover from the disaster, stabilize life, and continue developing the nation.

Signing the condolence book at the Venezuelan Embassy in Vietnam, Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Giang extended his deepest condolences to the families of the deceased and sent regards to the injured and the entire Venezuelan populace. He hoped that the families would soon overcome their grief, affected areas would quickly recover, and the lives of the people would return to normal.
