Consular Acceptance Certificates presented to Consuls General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang
WVR - On September 8, Director General of the Consular Department Doan Hoang Minh presented Consular Acceptance Certificates to Ms. Maria Georgievna Mizonova, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City, and Mr. Igor Samvelovich Bayazov, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Da Nang.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director General Doan Hoang Minh congratulated Ms. Maria Georgievna Mizonova and Mr. Igor Samvelovich Bayazov on their new positions, expressing confidence that the Consuls General will make effective and practical contributions to the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
The Director General of the Consular Department affirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with other Vietnamese authorities, will always support the Consulates General and facilitate the new Consuls General in successfully completing their terms in Vietnam. Director General Doan Hoang Minh expressed the hope for both sides to continue close coordination, facilitating exchanges and travel between the two countries and enhancing cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

Ms. Maria Georgievna Mizonova expressed thanks to Director General Doan Hoang Minh for taking the time to meet and present the Consular Acceptance Certificate. She expressed her delight at the positive developments in bilateral relations, especially in the context of General Secretary and President To Lam's state visit to Russia. She affirmed that the Consuls General of the Russian Federation in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City will continue to promote bilateral cooperation during their terms, including consular cooperation and people-to-people exchanges and travel between the two countries.
