At the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam and his spouse, along with a high-level Vietnamese delegation, will pay a State visit to the Russian Federation, an official visit to the French Republic and attend the Space Summit in Paris, France, from September 7-12.
