Aside from flower viewing, the three-day festival offers numerous activities to visitors, such as lanterns making, calligraphy and folk games.

Local specialties, including sweet desserts, are also served at the festival.
Especially, a large-scale outdoor visual art show entitled “Hoi An Memories” will take place at 7.30pm each night.
Hoi An is acclaimed most for its centuries-old ambience, homes and streets, its rich culture and delicious cuisine, according to the international magazine Better Homes and Gardens.
In 2018, the city was named to the list of the top 10 places in Southeast Asia by travel publisher Rough Guides.
In June last year, Hoi An gained the second place in a list of the safest and most exciting places on this Earth for solo travellers compiled by travel editors at UK travel site Momondo.
This year, travel magazine Travel Leisure has named it among the 50 best holiday destinations around the world.
