This milestone reflects the company’s firm commitment to strengthening its presence in the Vietnamese market and completing its global layout.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam – China diplomatic relations, as well as the Vietnam – China Year of Humanistic Exchange. Victory Giant Technology’s official investment in Vietnam stands as a vivid testament to the friendly cooperation between the two countries’ industries.

Cooperating for development, opening a new chapter

Vietnam and China share contiguous mountains and rivers, a cultural affinity, common ideals, and a bond often described both as “comrades and brothers.”

In recent years, Vietnam has emerged as one of the fastest-growing economies in ASEAN, backed by an open policy environment and robust development momentum.

Bac Ninh Province — a vibrant city blending ancient culture with modern industry — is accelerating its global integration through a complete electronic industry chain and efficient government services. The province has drawn world-renowned electronics firms such as Foxconn, Goertek, and LG, acting as a magnet and forming a dynamic industrial ecosystem.

Victory Giant Technology was founded in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province in 2006 and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) in June 2015 under the stock code 300476.

The company currently operates four major research, development, and manufacturing facilities in Huizhou, Hunan, Malaysia, and Thailand, and has established branches and offices in the United States, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan (China), Europe, Republic of Korea, and several other locations.

The company is specializes in the research, development, production, and sale of high-precision multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs), including HDI boards, flexible printed circuits (FPCs), and rigid-flex PCBs.

These products are widely used in fields such as artificial intelligence, large data centers, industrial internet, automotive electronics (green energy), next-generation communication technology, aerospace, and medical equipment.

The company’s R&D team includes more than 1,000 professionals and holds over 290 valid patents in the PCB sector. It has received the China Excellent Patent Award for four consecutive years and possesses R&D and manufacturing capabilities for advanced technologies, including 70-layer high-precision PCBs, 8-step 28-layer HDI boards, 14-layer any-layer HDI boards, 12-layer high-precision rigid-flex boards, and 10-layer high-precision FPCs/FPCAs with a line width of 25μm.

The market share of Victory Giant Technology in high-density multilayer VGA (graphics card) boards and automotive display module flexible boards ranks among the highest globally. The company has established long-term and stable partnerships with more than 160 leading global enterprises and is a key partner of top-tier technology companies such as NVIDIA, Tesla, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Intel, Goertek, Foxconn, and Samsung.

Victory Giant Technology has implemented three major strategic initiatives: smart manufacturing, green production, and high-end/high-quality/high-service development. These strategies aim to drive innovation across four dimensions—concepts, technologies, talent, and capital.

Since its listing, the company has maintained an annual compound growth rate of over 30%, making it a global leader in its industry. In 2024, the company recorded a revenue of 10.731 billion RMB and is striving to reach a production value of 20 billion RMB by 2026.

The vast market potential and strong growth momentum of Vietnam, combined with the sustainable industrial support, efficient government services, and favorable business environment of Bac Ninh Province, will provide Victory Giant Technology with broader development space and help further enhance its competitiveness in the global electronics industry.

At the same time, Victory Giant Technology will inject new vitality into Bac Ninh’s economic development. Together, both sides will map out a grand vision for the future of smart manufacturing and advance further on the path of mutual benefit.

Leading in smart manufacturing

Victory Giant Technology’s factory in Vietnam covers an area of over 100,000 square meters, with a total planned investment of USD 520 million. The facility primarily produces high-end multilayer PCBs, advanced HDI boards, and other PCB products related to artificial intelligence. It is the company’s fifth manufacturing and R&D base.

The factory will fully adopt the smart production equipment and management systems from the company’s headquarters in China. It will be equipped with fully automated electroplating lines, laser direct imaging systems, and other industry-leading technologies—demonstrating the company's strong determination and confidence in strengthening its presence in the Vietnamese market through concrete actions.

Technology transfer is also a seed of friendship. The company will continue to promote the localization of smart manufacturing technology in Vietnam, allowing “hard tech” in PCB—such as AI computing power, AI servers, and AI PCs—to take root and grow along the banks of the Red River. This initiative will foster more local technical talent and contribute to the development of Bac Ninh’s electronics industry.

Building a better future

With unity and joint efforts toward shared goals, and at a new starting point marked by the 75th anniversary of China–Vietnam diplomatic relations, Victory Giant Technology expresses its deep gratitude.

Since 2023, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan warmly welcomed the delegation from Victory Giant Technology for an investment exploration visit, where the company initially outlined its investment intentions. By 2024, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan led a delegation to Victory Giant Technology to officially sign the land lease agreement, followed by a successful groundbreaking ceremony on March 30 of this year.

To date, the construction of the Vietnam factory project has been progressing steadily—every step made possible by the strong support of the Vietnamese Government.

This sincere and trustworthy cooperation is being transformed into tangible results that benefit both the local industry and the lives of people in Bac Ninh. Once the project is completed and enters operation, it is expected to create over 3,000 high-quality jobs for Vietnamese youth, enabling them to pursue their career dreams right in their hometown.

The company is committed to green manufacturing, promoting the localization of the supply chain, and encouraging more upstream and downstream PCB enterprises to enter Vietnam. This will help local Vietnamese suppliers and manufacturers grow together with Victory Giant Technology.

By deeply integrating into Bac Ninh’s local development, the company is aiming to generate greater socio-economic value—painting a vivid picture of this new era, “embracing AI and advancing into the future,” together with our customers, suppliers, and the people of Vietnam.
