Airport procedures with biometric technology via VNeID app at Noi Bai International Airport

Continuing its pioneering efforts in applying advanced technologies to enhance the flying experience, from now on Vietjet passengers traveling on domestic flights departing from Terminal 1 at Noi Bai International Airport can now complete check-in, security screening, and boarding procedures using biometric authentication (eKYC) via the VNeID app.

Accordingly, passengers with a level 2 verified VNeID account can log in to the VNeID application, book Vietjet tickets and perform online check-in & biometric verification (eKYC) to pass through security as well as automatic, safe, paperless boarding gates, experiencing a more modern and convenient flight experience than ever.

With biometric identification technology (eKYC) integrated on VNeID and Vietjet App when checking in, along with other applications and utilities such as Chatbot, diverse payment methods, automatic messaging features are proof of Vietjet's pioneering in applying modern technology to customers' flight journeys.
