Vietnamese youth in Russia unite to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress
WVR - The Youth Union – Vietnamese Student Association in Russia recently organized a conference in response to the "Youth Day of Action to Celebrate the Success of the 14th National Party Congress" with the theme "Vietnamese Youth in Russia Proudly Marching Under the Party's Flag", aiming towards the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026).

On January 25, the event was held to implement the plan of the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union regarding the organization of the "Youth Day of Action", with the approval of the Party Committee and the Embassy of Vietnam in the Russian Federation.

The conference took place in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere, attended by representatives of the Party Committee, the Vietnamese Embassy in the Russian Federation, the Youth Union – Vietnamese Student Association in Russia, along with a large number of Vietnamese youth and students studying and researching at various academies and schools in many Russian cities.
This is a meaningful socio-political activity, reflecting the responsibility and aspiration to contribute of Vietnamese youth and students in Russia. It helps bring the spirit of the 14th Party Congress's Resolution into the study, training, and movements of Vietnamese students in Russia. The conference also responded to the 2026 emulation call by the Vietnamese Party Committee in the Russian Federation.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Mai Tung Lam – Secretary of the Youth Union in the Russian Federation emphasized the goal of promoting the pioneering, volunteer, and creative spirit of Vietnamese members, students in Russia in concretizing the 14th Party Congress's Resolution.
He stated that Youth Union, Association organizations, and clubs, teams, groups need to implement effective, practical activities with widespread influence, attracting many members to participate. They should also expand connections with international friends, thereby promoting the image of Vietnam and its people. From the success of the 14th Congress, Vietnamese students in the Russian Federation are determined to strive for many achievements, aiming towards the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Through this event, the Youth Union – Vietnamese Student Association in Russia sent a call to all youth, association organizations, and Vietnamese student units in Russia to join in celebrating the success of the 14th Party Congress.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Ngo Thi Thu Hoai - Counselor, Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnamese Party Committee in the Russian Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and initiatives of Vietnamese students. She expressed her hope that the young generation of Vietnam in Russia will continue to strive in their studies, leveraging their intellect, youth, and sense of responsibility to contribute to the country's development.
The representative of the Vietnamese Party Committee suggested that after the conference, Youth Union – Association organizations continue to implement extensive political activities to reach all members and students, enhancing political awareness, ideology, and strongly promoting the pioneering role of youth, students in Russia, leaving a mark through practical, specific actions, contributing to bringing the 14th Party Congress's Resolution to life.

Responding to the trust and expectations assigned at the conference, representatives of clubs, teams, and groups presented many practical initiatives and projects, suitable to the current situation with specific, clear implementation plans.
Notable among them is the Vietnamese Language Club with the competition "I Am the Seedling of the Party" for Vietnamese children in Russia; the Accompanying Russian Study Club launching the "Students and Scientific Research" activity series; the Life - Integration Club Vi Vu Di introducing the program "Journey Following Uncle Ho"; and the Vietnamese-Russian Volunteer Circle Club with social welfare and humanitarian blood donation activities.
Additionally, many other models and activities were proposed by Youth Union – Association bases, demonstrating the proactive and creative spirit of Vietnamese youth and students in the Russian Federation in concretizing the spirit of the 14th Congress's Resolution through specific, effective actions.

The projects and initiatives presented at the conference painted a diverse, in-depth picture of action: from traditional education, scientific research to community-oriented activities... This demonstrates how the spirit of the 14th Congress's Resolution is gradually transforming into specific actions, motivating Vietnamese youth and students in Russia to continue actively contributing to the development of the common movement.
Also within the framework of the conference, the organizers awarded the Central Youth Union Certificate of Merit and the Certificate of Commendation by the Vietnamese Party Committee in the Russian Federation to many groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in study, scientific research, Youth Union – Association work, and youth movements.
The commendation not only recognizes specific efforts and contributions in recent times but also helps spread the image of a dynamic, resilient, and community-responsible young intellectual generation of Vietnam in Russia, ready to contribute to the cause of building and developing the country.

On the same day, at the Youth Union – Association common room in Russia, the Organizing – Inspection Committee of the Youth Union in the Russian Federation solemnly held a ceremony to admit new members for outstanding youth studying and living at various educational institutions in Moscow, in response to the Youth Day of Action celebrating the success of the 14th National Party Congress.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced and awarded the Resolution to admit six new members, including: Dinh Tuan Huan - Youth Union 2 of the Moscow Aviation University; Nguyen Tran Linh Anh - Youth Union of Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology; Nguyen Phuc Quan - Youth Union of Kutafin Moscow State Law University under the Moscow Road Transport University; Nguyen Doan Khanh Ngoc - Youth Union of Moscow State Institute of International Relations; An Gia Hung - Youth Union of Moscow State Institute of International Relations; Tran Hoang Vu - Youth Union of A.S. Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.

In Voronezh City, the Community Youth Union under the Voronezh City Youth Union base also solemnly held a ceremony to admit new members for outstanding youth who are children of the Vietnamese community. The Executive Committee of the Youth Union base announced the Resolution to admit three members, including: Nguyen Bao Tram - Community Youth Union - Voronezh Youth Union base; Nguyen Duc Quang - Community Youth Union - Voronezh Youth Union base; Tran Mai Anh - Community Youth Union - Voronezh Youth Union base.
The ceremony of admitting new members not only recognizes the deserving efforts of outstanding youth but also serves as a significant motivation for each member to continue training, contributing, and living up to the glorious tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
