Vietnam contestant Doan Thien An enters Top 20 Miss Grand International 2022

Doan Thien An, Miss Grand Vietnam 2022, has won the “Country's power of the year” sub-contest at the ongoing Miss Grand International 2022, earning a place to go straight into the Top 20, as announced by the beauty pageant’s organising board on October 18.

An successfully surpassed her strong rival Engfa Waraha of Thailand with 4,745,250 votes on Instagram.

The Vietnamese beauty was also named among the Top 10 of the ‘Best in Swimsuit’ sub-contest. Other contestants included in the list are from Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Brazil, Colombia, the Republic of Czech, Indonesia, Puerto Rico, and Spain.

The Top 10 contestants will therefore have the chance to take part in a photoshoot that are scheduled to appear on the official page of the beauty pageant.

Thien An, 22, hailing from the Mekong Delta province of Long An, was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 on October 1.

Standing at 1.75 metres tall, she is currently a student of the Industrial University in Ho Chi Minh City. She weighs 60 kg and measures 88.5-66-98.
