TGVN. In the afternoon of December 30, the Central Organizing Committee held an online conference to evaluate the results of Party building and organization in the fourth quarter of 2020 and implemented the tasks and mission from now to the 13th National Party Congress. The conference was chaired by comrade Pham Minh Chinh, member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee.

In the past quarter, the sector of Party building and organizing has consulted higher leaders and successfully led the Party congress of Party Committees under the Central Government to complete the Party Congress at all levels earlier than the previous terms. For the first time National Cadres Conference was successfully organized to summarize the work of organizing Party Committee congresses at all levels, leaving many profound imprints.
The sector has concentrated effort, intellectual to give advice on personnel options for the 13th National Party Congress to submits to the 13 and 14 Plenum of the 12th Central Committee to discuss democratically, carefully, and approval with high consensus.
At the same time, it has gathered all relevant comments, completed the Summary Report on Party building work and implementation of the Party Charter of the 12th National Party Congress, together with draft documents for the 13th National Party Congress and has been judged by the Central Committee as meticulous, methodical, thoughtful work with innovations and quality assurance that helps reflect the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, party members and people.
The sector concretizes and continues to implement many resolutions, conclusions and directives of the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat on the organization of Party building; boldly pilot the implementation of many reforms in the work of cadres in accordance with the practical situation, bringing important initial results when evaluating, appointing, introducing candidate staff ... .
Regarding the tasks and solutions from now to the 13th National Party Congress, the sector will continue to grasp the Conclusion of the National Cadres Conference to summarize the organization of the Party Congress at all levels for the term 2020-2025 and to implement the resolutions approved at the Congress; proactively advise the contents to prepare for the 15th plenum of 12th Party Committee and the 13th National Party Congress; advise and coordinate to prepare and well organize the election of the 15th National Assembly and People's Council at all levels for the term 2021-2026; develop and implement the full-term working program and working program for the year 2021; well propagate the Party building ...

| In the context of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, storms and floods in the central provinces and controlling the Covid-19 epidemic, the whole sector of Party building and organization has completed the Report to the Politburo and the Secretariat for approval of the election results for the term 2020-2025; arranged and assigned 939 members of the Standing Committee; 3,287 members of the Executive Committee; consolidating key positions of People's Council and People's Committee. To submit to the 13th Plenum of the 12th Central Committee for consideration and decision to introduce 208 comrades to join the 13th Central Executive Committee and to introduce personnel of the 13th Central Inspection Committee. To review and complete personnel plans to submit to the 14 Plenum for consideration and decision to introduce personnel to participate in the Politburo, the Secretariat of Session XIII. The whole branch has completed 25/28 projects and tasks assigned by the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.
