Special concert 'Musik aus Wien - Âm nhạc từ Vienna' is comming soon

WVR - Commemorating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Austria (1972-2022), the Austrian Embassy in Hanoi is in coordination with the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra (VNSO) to organize the Special Concert program, entitled "Musik aus Wien - Âm nhạc từ Vienna" at Hanoi Opera House on November 26, 2022.

Attending the press conference in Hanoi, there were Austrian Ambassador in Hanoi Hans - Peter Glanzer, Director of the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra (VNSO) Trinh Tung Linh, Music Director and Principal Conductor of the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra Honna Tetsuji from Japan and Deputy Director of Vietnam Opera House Chu Anh Hung and related organizations.

Speaking at the press conference, Ambassador Hans - Peter Glanzer said: “Music, as a cultural event, is very suitable for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Austria, which we are looking forward to the stronger the cooperation between Vietnam and Austria”. “We want to bring to Vietnamese music lovers talented artists, good voices who are active in music in Austria with classic works of famous Austrian composers.” The Ambassador added.

Also at the press conference, VNSO Director Trinh Tung Linh emphasized: "Music lovers know that Austria is home to the genius composer Mozart, and the world's top famous artists. Coming to perform in this concert are all talented musian, without the help of the Austrian Embassy, ​​it could be difficult for us to invite them to perform in Vietnam. And the Symphony Orchestra has been ready to coordinate with musicians to bring this special concert program to Hanoi capital's music lovers."

The program will show 11 musical works which will be conducted by Sonductor Honna Tetsuji, with the participation of guest artists from Austria. They are Conductor, violinist Rainer Honeck (Vienna Symphony Orchestra), baritone vocals Adrian Erod (Vienna Opera House), soprano Marta Poliszot and artists of the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra.

In particular, the capital's audience will enjoy works by the Austrian genius composer Mozart: Overture in Overture from "Le nozze di Figaro", Violin Concerto No. 5 A-major, La Ci Darem La Mano from "Don Giovanni", Susanna - Aria from "Le Nozze di Figaro".
