Retail petrol prices down in latest adjustment by ministries

The retail prices of petrol were revised down on January 23 following the latest adjustment by the Ministries of Industry and Trade, and Finance.

The price of E5RON92 bio-fuel was priced at 20,592 VND (0.82 USD) per litre, representing a 158 VND decrease from the previous baseline, while RON95-III decreased to 21,142 VND per litre, down 78 VND.

Meanwhile, diesel 0.05S and kerosene were capped at 20,194 VND and 20,110 VND per litre, up 412 VND and 404 VND, respectively.

Mazut oil 180CST 3.5S was priced at 17,752 VND per kilogramme as the highest, up 571 VND.

The two ministries decided not to use the petrol price stabilisation fund for this adjustment.
