Reference exchange rate on April 26:

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,645 VND/USD on April 26, up 7 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 24,825 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,465 VND/USD.

The opening hour rates at commercial banks slightly increased.

At 8:45 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,280 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 23,650 VND/USD, both unchanged from the end of April 25.

Meanwhile, BIDV raised both rates by 2 VND to 23,332 VND/USD (buying) and 23,632 VND/USD (selling).
