The leaders and people of both nations have chosen to continue strengthening their comprehensive strategic partnership, expanding practical and effective cooperation in all fields, and striving to elevate economic-trade cooperation to match political relations, especially in energy, science-technology, education-training, and tourism, with specific projects like nuclear power and metro systems.
He emphasized the need for active participation from media and communication agencies to spread positive energy. The Prime Minister expressed joy that VNA and TASS have established cooperation early on, accompanying the development of both countries through different stages.
Since the late 1950s, Russia has sent engineers and transferred machinery to VNA; guided and supported VNA in disseminating news using new technology; supported VNA's bureau in Moscow to become a communication hub, connecting with VNA bureaus in Europe; and organized training for many VNA technicians to study in Russia.
Recognizing that each country is experiencing breakthrough developments, with rapid changes in political security and non-traditional security, and continuous innovation in science and technology, the Prime Minister urged VNA and TASS to continue close cooperation, especially in digital transformation, training human resources in Russian and Vietnamese languages, maintaining effective cooperation channels, providing accurate information, and establishing effective coordination mechanisms to detect and handle false information that affects the security and interests of both countries.
