Politburo’s Resolution 71: Improving quality of preschool and general education to reach advanced standards in Asia by 2030
On behalf of the Politburo, on August 22, 2025, Party General Secretary To Lam signed and promulgated the Politburo’s Resolution on breakthroughs in education and training development (Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW). Accordingly, the Politburo set the target of improving quality of preschool and general education to reach advanced standards in Asia by 2030.
