Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung emphasized that the 14th National Congress of the Party is a particularly significant political event with strategic implications for the country's development direction in the new era. It attracts special attention from the international community, political parties, partners, and friends of Vietnam.

To effectively serve the 14th Congress, Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung requested domestic units and Vietnamese representative offices abroad to consider this a central political task. They should closely coordinate with relevant agencies in the Organizing Subcommittee for the 14th Party Congress to complete assigned tasks, ensuring progress and quality. This includes thorough preparation for welcoming international guests and providing information about the 14th Congress to political parties, countries, international organizations, and foreign media.

Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung urged units to remain proactive and active in external information and communication efforts. He emphasized strengthening coordination with the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and key media agencies, including resident foreign media outlets. The Minister requested regular reporting and timely proposals for solutions to overcome any difficulties encountered during implementation.

Recently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has promptly developed and implemented a comprehensive plan, assigning specific tasks to each unit domestically and abroad to serve the 14th National Party Congress. This includes developing external information content, introducing materials about the Congress to the international community and overseas Vietnamese, and planning to support foreign journalists attending and covering the Congress, as well as protocol and logistics services.
