Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Spokesperson provided an update on Vietnam–US trade negotiations

The Spokesperson said that Vietnam has been proactively and actively promoting sustainable and balanced trade and investment cooperation with the US in the spirit of efficiency, frankness, constructiveness, equality, mutual respect and bringing about beneficial results for both sides.

“Negotiations between Vietnam and the US on the US's reciprocal tax policy on Vietnamese exports are being implemented and specific information will be provided later,” the Spokesperson said.
