The event was held by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations to recognize and honor pioneering organizations, businesses, scientists, and individuals who are at the forefront of adopting new technologies, driving digital transformation, and implementing innovative models that deliver tangible socio-economic values.
The "I4 Digital Service Innovation Award" 2026 commends businesses and organizations that provide innovative, efficient, user-friendly, and accessible digital services. To qualify, these services must demonstrate large-scale, real-world deployment and generate measurable positive impacts on people, enterprises, and the community.
The Herbalife VNHUB application was initially created to support business operations of Herbalife Vietnam's Independent Members by reducing manual work, improving customer experience, and increasing business efficiency.

Over time, the application has evolved into a central operating and communication platform for Members, facilitating essential business activities and daily operations. In 2026, Herbalife plans to upgrade existing features and introduce new functions to enhance its capabilities as a multi-purpose platform, including communication, event registration system, order tracking, and training resources.

The evaluation of the "I4 Digital Service Innovation Award" is built upon a comprehensive framework divided into general and specialized criteria. General benchmarks assess core fundamentals, including the innovation level, impact and measurability, scalability and sustainability, technology readiness, as well as safety, security, and compliance.
Concurrently, specialized criteria delve into service-specific performance, evaluating user experience (UX/UI), accessibility and inclusivity, and the ability to solve clear user pain points. Winners must also demonstrate high operational reliability alongside strong satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS), while showcasing advanced integration of AI, chatbots, and data analytics in their service delivery.
