Herbalife Vietnam, a premier health and wellness company community, and platform, continues its partnership with the national television channel VTV3 to organize the fourth season of the reality show “Students of New Generation 2026”.
Building upon the success of its previous editions, this year’s season returns with a mission: Bridging the gap between youth intellect and pressing local challenges.
Under the inspiring theme “Local Issues, Gen Z Solutions”, the program serves as a dynamic launchpad, turning community-specific issues into an interactive playground for student innovation.
First launched in 2023, the reality television program “Students of New Generation” serves as a platform for students to enhance their knowledge and skills with a strong focus on community development. Throughout the competition, participating teams are required to build sustainable solutions addressing social challenges, while implementing and verifying the practical feasibility and sustainability of their projects. With every challenge, contestants experience holistic growth aligned with the A.S.K model: Attitude, Skill, and Knowledge.
As the program’s official sponsor since its inaugural season, Herbalife Vietnam acts as both a main sponsor and a strategic advisor, sharing real-world perspectives and constructive feedback to help students refine their ideas and validate project feasibility.
Furthermore, the company actively promotes a healthy and active lifestyle embedding wellness values across the program's core contents, interactive experiences, and official communication channels.
“We are proud to continue our partnership with VTV3 for the fourth consecutive year to launch The New Generation Students 2026”. This year, under the compelling theme “Local Issues, Gen Z Solutions”, we aim to support and inspire a talented Gen Z generation who possess not only brilliant intellect but also a deep aspiration to drive meaningful, practical changes in their communities,” said Mr. Vu Van Thang, General Manager of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia.
“Our continued sponsorship of this reality show reflects Herbalife's unwavering commitment to nourishing the health and wellbeing of people and communities across Vietnam. By providing a sustainable platform, we help young talents unleash their full potential while leveraging the power of wellness” Mr. Thang added.
The fourth season implements an “Open Recruitment” policy. Under this new system, students across the country can submit their entries directly to the show, followed by university institutional support and preliminary screening prior to the official recruitment round - open to both individuals and teams. Any young individual with a dedicated concept driven by a practical local challenge is granted the opportunity to present directly before the Organizers and the Jury.
The competition progresses through project creation, creative team presentations, and interactions that include reports, 48-hour project implementation challenge, behind-the-scenes segments, and judge feedback. These elements allow viewers to follow each team's development throughout the season and help make the program more appealing and transparent.
The jury of the New Generation Students 2026 includes: Prof. Dr. Nguyen Khanh Dieu Hong (Director of the Institute for Educational Research and Human Resources Development), Ms. Ha Anh Phuong, M.A. (Top 10 Global Teacher Prize 2020), and respected businessman Nguyen Van Thanh.
For the first time in the program’s history, local residents are stepping out of their roles as mere ‘beneficiaries’ to become official judges for the competing teams. This new update sends a powerful message: When young people genuinely create value for a community, that community will actively recognize and empower them.”
The season brings together highly popular young KOLs from music and screen entertainment, including MC Khanh Vy, actress Pham Bao Han, actor Nguyen Quang Anh, singer-composer 14 Casper, and singer Do Nam Son.
This year's program will be broadcast every Saturday on VTV3, starting on 17th October 2026. Since its launch in 2023, “Students of New Generation” has attracted participation from hundreds of thousands of university students nationwide and generated millions of views and interactions across digital and television platforms. The program has become one of the most engaging youth initiatives in Vietnam, inspiring young people to pursue self-development, teamwork, and innovation
