With a desire to provide students in remote and underserved areas with access to technology and knowledge, Hoang Long Trading and Technology Services JSC (Hoang Long Computer) has taken concrete actions by donating computers to schools. Notably, this December, Hoang Long Computer presented a series of desktop computers to Nhu Khe Primary School (Yen Son District, Tuyen Quang Province), a highland school facing significant challenges in securing adequate facilities.
"In the past, to ensure our students had opportunities to experience the platform, we had to arrange evening shifts and even hold classes on Saturdays and Sundays. Sometimes, teachers lent their phones to students," shared Ms. Dinh Thi Tuyet Mai, Principal of Nhu Khe Primary School. However, thanks to the support and attention from enterprises and NGOs, the learning conditions promise to become much easier and more effective. Students can fully access knowledge without facing the difficulties they once endured.
During a meeting with the school, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dinh, Director of Hoang Long Computer, shared: “Our goal in investing in education is not just to help students learn better today but also to provide them with the tools and knowledge to build their future. These computers are not merely devices but gateways for students to explore the vast world beyond.”

Far beyond a one-time sponsorship activity, Hoang Long Computer has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Vietnam Foundation (VNF), establishing a long-term partnership. According to the agreement, VNF will act as a bridge, enabling Hoang Long Computer to directly support schools within the Khan Academy Vietnam (KAV) Open School network nationwide.
Specifically, Hoang Long Computer is committed to providing technology equipment such as desktop computers and laptops to underprivileged schools in remote areas and islands. These devices will allow students to access modern technology, opening up promising learning opportunities through internationally standardized and entirely free resources on the Khan Academy platform. To ensure the support is as practical as possible, local Departments of Education and Training will collaborate, helping to assess the needs of each educational institution accurately.
The MOU signing event between Hoang Long Computer and VNF marks a milestone in the partnership between enterprises and NGOs and exemplifies corporate social responsibility. These activities bring practical benefits to students and highlight the private sector's vital role in contributing to sustainable education.
Enterprises like Hoang Long Computer are examples of pioneering spirit and commitment to the community. When enterprises take the first steps toward collaboration with NGOs, positive changes ripple outward, igniting hope and confidence in the younger generation. This is a contribution and a journey to create a brighter, more meaningful future for the community through education.
