The International Tea Festival - Hue, themed “Connecting the Essence of Vietnamese Tea in the Rhythm of Hue's Heritage”, takes place from December 10-12 at Cung Truong Sanh, Dai Noi Hue. This is also the first time an international tea festival is held in a heritage city, becoming the focal point of the National Tourism Year Hue 2025.

The event gathers over 24 domestic tea businesses and international tea houses, expected to lay an important foundation for an annual event rich in culture, art, and tourism, contributing to affirming Hue's position as a “festival city” and promoting the image of a renewing heritage city.

In this colourful picture, Doi Dep emerges as a special highlight. Not only accompanying as a Diamond Sponsor, Doi Dep also brings new values to the festival thanks to its understanding of local culture and a broad vision of Vietnamese tea art in the new era.

One of the most anticipated moments is the appearance of the Doi Dep Tea Ladies at the opening ceremony. In traditional Ao Dai, the Doi Dep Tea Ladies performed the “Royal Tea Ceremony” (Hue Royal Tea Ritual), creating a vivid slice between past and present, taking visitors on an emotional journey rich in Hue's essence.

The next highlight of the festival is the seminar, themed “Tea in the Flow of Culture and Creativity,” featuring Mr. Pham Cong Tuan Ha, a researcher and brand development expert for Doi Dep. During the seminar, he shared the journey of creating Doi Dep, a model that blends traditional tea enjoyment with contemporary creative lifestyles. His insightful analysis of tea culture in the lives of young people, the Tea & Wellness trend, and the potential to elevate Vietnamese tea as a national cultural symbol attracted significant interest from attendees.

Enhancing the tea culture experience at the festival, Doi Dep also developed two unique tea enjoyment spaces: Ngu Thuc Dai, where visitors can enjoy five tea flavours corresponding to five different emotional states, and a creative matcha space, showcasing modern matcha drinks that appeal to young tastes. This exemplifies Doi Dep's multi-layered approach: preserving, creating, and spreading the core value Doi Dep has pursued for many years.
